Butch was one of my best friends. I visited him a couple of years ago when I was in the Cleveland area to take care of my mother's care. He and I went to lots of the Brown's games back in the old stadium freezing our buts off. Stan, Roy and I spent lots of time at Manners in Maple Heights.
Hello, my name is Nancy Teague ( Karasek). I knew Butch for years. We went to school together. I was actually best friends with Dolores Klimka when they were together and then later with Cheryl Miller when they were together. He actually had been to the house I grew up in in Maple Heights several times. Although he was a year ahead of me, he was my science partner in Biology. He was so funny and distracted me so much that I got an F in the class. He always said he felt bad about that, but I’m sure it was my own fault. When we got older, we saw each other a good bit when we were hanging out at the Longhorn, but lost touch, I moved out of state, and I never saw him again. This is so sad, I’m very sorry to hear about his passing. He was always one of my favorite people in my life.
