Matthew M. Kroll, age 46 beloved and cherished son of Mark and Joanne (nee Brasdovich). Dearest loving brother to Aimee (Steven) Forsythe and loving and fun uncle and godfather to Ethan and Audrey. Matthew was a beautiful soul with a heart of gold.
Matthew was an alumnus of the University of Toledo College of Engineering where he proudly graduated Cum Laude in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He established himself with a 24 year career in engineering where his work ethic and experience provided valuable mentorship to younger engineers. In his 30's Matthew began to explore the thrill of international travel. Coming home from his many trips to Europe, he was always eager to share the stories of his adventures and he never forgot to bring back gifts for all. Aside from travel, he enjoyed experimenting with cooking where the family was often the beneficiary of a gourmet Michael Symon dish. He followed the Colorado Avalanche hockey team and the Cleveland sports scene closely. His wit, humor, and charm were noticeable when analyzing and discussing the latest sports news with friends.
Matthew was a blessing with many treasured memories. He will be deeply missed. The family will observe a private service to celebrate his life.
