Joe was a neighbor to us who had many talents. He could tear apart a computer and put it back together again. He helped us many times to get our own computer in working order. He could always find the problem, and was able to find a cure. Joe came to many bingo games that Natalie and I ran at our clubhouse, but not only did he play bingo, he also fixed and repaired all of our bingo equipment. He was technologically wired, and could diagnose many a problem that halted our games on many occasions. A love that he and Natalie shared with us was the love of the Il Vollo singers. We recently travelled to Tampa, FL to hear the vocal group in concert, and what a beautiful weekend we shared. That was such a happy moment, and one that will last forever in our fondest memories of Joe, our dearly beloved neighbor. Our deepest sympathy to Natalie and the whole Mandarano family. RIP.
