I will always remember the fun times fishing with bill in Canada. I would only see Bill once every year however the weeks together in Canada will always last forever. From one retired law enforcement officer to another, rest in peace Bill.
I will always keep Willy in my heart. He was always fun when I was growing up.We all will miss him and his kind heart. Miss you very much.
My deepest condolences go out to the whole Lepkowski family. Uncle Willie was the kindest and most caring person I've known. He gave of himself to all who were in need, no matter what. His devotion to his wife, Erin and his loving family was apparent to all who knew him.  I was always so happy when I had the chance to chat with him over the phone about family friends.......everything. We were always laughing and joking about things, He was also very concerned about my well being and would call me when I was ill just to say he was thinking of me. I treasure those calls dearly. I will miss him dearly as we all will. Godspeed William, I love you,      ÂÂ
