Dear Dad,It has taken me 11 days before I could write on here and after 11 days, it's really not any easier. We all miss you terribly. You were such a good dad to us and we all love you so very much. I am thankful for all of the fun times and laughter that we shared with you, for the vacations to Canada and trips to Pennsylvania, games of 500 rummy and CLR, and evenings that we all shared partying around a campfire by the back porch. I am happy you enjoyed such a good long life and got to watch your grandchildren grow up. I will try to look forward to when we will all be reunited in Heaven. Perhaps Heaven will look a lot like the back porch with all of us gathered around a campfire once again.
What a great guy both your parents it’s so hard to lose a dad they are so special to daughters! Your dad was a gem I will miss seeing him at Marc’s he’d yell hey Lisa nettles!! When we bought the car from him I swear for a good year always ask how it was holding up!! im so glad you have so many memories and took them everywhere my heart breaks for all of you!! 🌹ðŸ™
Mr shimshock was one of a kind. The funnest person at a party!!! I remember when he was over for a potato pancake dinner. We had so much fun. One thing he wanted to know is “ when are we playing CLR?†He loved that game. He always was such a fun person to be around. I am sure he is happy in heaven, seeing all our beloved people and pets that went ahead of us. What a great reunion it will be when it is our turn. See you on the other side. Watch over all your girls
