I wanted to say I am very sorry for the Gauding's loss of such a wonderful man. I work at Progressive and Tim helped me so much when I joined the SVMO 3 years ago. He was the one that gave me all the information I needed to set myself up right. He was someone that you just loved to sit down with and talk to. He was so full of knowledge and hands down the best personality. I miss him and sad without him on our team but I know he is with God and looking at us all and will never leave our sides, such a loyal man. I am praying for the family for peace and comfort throughout this time.

I am so very sorry for your loss. He is gone way too soon.I worked with Tim at Progressive for several years. He was tough but fair. He always stayed focused on the right thing to do even if it wasn't the popular decision or direction. I always admired his focus and strength.May the many wonderful memories you have with him provide you some peace.

I had the privilege to work for, and with, Tim for several years. His in-depth knowledge of procurement, information technology, and Progressive systems was unparalleled. I knew I could always count on Tim to provide me with honest feedback, and wonderful alternative points of view of which he delivered in a style all his own. Most importantly, Tim was the utmost confidante and mentor. He listened and provided input without judgement, and he had the innate ability to listen, and succinctly comment Ã¢â‚¬â€œ whatever the subject, keeping everyone focused on the key issue or point at hand. I will miss our chats about HS football and will forever cherish the opportunity I had to work with such a trusted advisor. My prayers are with the family during such a difficult time. May the family, and all of us who knew Tim, take solace in our memories, and pay tribute by trying to be more like him.

I was one of TimÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s internal Ã¢â‚¬ËœcustomersÃ¢â‚¬â„¢, always needing his help with vendors and usually in a hurry. I was not alone. When my time came to receive his help, he was invariably calm and hilariously dry witted about his situation and the task at hand. Enjoyed his ability to rise above the fray so much. And sad to see him gone so soon.

I knew Tim for basically his entire career at PGR and I really enjoyed our chats, our thoughts and how we could make things better. His opinions were based in fact and logic and he was one of the smartest people I knew. His passing was a shock to me and I will miss him a lot. His passion for the Indians / Guardians was a common topic of discussion for us.

I have many great memories of working with Tim at Progressive. We had a great rapport. Tim was one of the smartest people I knew. I enjoyed verbally sparring and strategizing with him. He always was very insightful and helpful. He be truly missed!
