Most of my memories with dad are as an adult. He worked 12 hours a day 7 days a week so once retired, we spent a lot more time togethers. One day he wanted to go to breakfast and take “a ride” okay… we went to breakfast, MGM, Hollywood in Youngstown, Presque isle Downs, Seneca Alleghany, Seneca Buffalo, Seneca Niagra Falls, Rivers in Pittsburgh, and Mountaineer. We were gone from 7am-2 am. You’d have to be careful when accepting an invitation to go with him on a “ride” lol
Dad’s whole life was kindness. With our family and in our household at one time we had 910 people living in our household including Debbie and her kids A&W me and Jeremy. Mom and dad spent 5 months short of 50 years together and they never experienced empty next syndrome.
To accept nothing less that I deserve when deciding on a man to share my life whit!! (When he wasn’t chasing them off)
What can I say, limy life was amazing because of Mom and Dad. If I had to pick one…. The hearty laughing we shared just after I tripped and almost went in the Grand Canyon. I landed about 8-10 feet from the rim. Ay first there was fear on his face but once he knew I was alright, we both started laughing so hard he had tears running down his face and we sat in the car almost an hour before he could stop laughing enough to drive!! I could list hundreds of thousands of memories to be honest!❤️
You will be missed. Bowling, Card Games, Casino. Golf. We dont live for a long time but for good times and we had many laughs. RIP my good friend till we meet again.
I always will remember Tom's dry sense of humor. I've known him for over 50 years and will miss him as if he was a family member. Rest in peace my dear friend. Mike Sterba
