I was deeply saddened when I was informed of Tom's passing. I first met Tom in August of 1985. Over the years Tom and I had many interesting and informative discussions on a number of subjects. He was an excellent officer and an exceptional firearms instructor. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.
Young and I were greatly saddened to hear of Toms passing. We have known him since 1997, when I started my FPS career under his supervision in Cleveland. He was a good man, a fine police officer, and a friend. He taught me alot about Law Enforcement and you could always count upon Tom to be there when you needed him. Our sincere sympathy to all his family and friends.....he is in a better place now.
It is with great sadness that I have learned of Tom's passing. I have known Tom since 1990 when we attended training together. He was a great officer and comrade. He will be greatly missed. My sympathy goes to his family
I was greatly saddened to hear of Toms passing. I have known him since 1999, when I started with FPS. Tom was a good man, a fine police officer and was always there when you had a question or needed some advice. I know there was a void left in the Cleveland office when he retired. It has not been filled to this day. Rest in Peace my brother, You will not be forgotten. My sympathy goes out to his family.
