Scott Charles Kubinski, age 46, originally from Solon, Ohio; passed away on Friday, December 11 in Atlanta, Georgia. Devoted husband of Starla (nee Powell); loving son of Charles and Doris; beloved brother of Patti-Jo Burtnett; cherished uncle of Claire and Charlie Burtnett, and Zachary Powell and Aaron Powell (deceased); dear brother-in-law Marcus Powell (Michelle); devoted grandson of Ben and Agnes Kubinski and John and Alice Lipinski (all deceased) Scott and Starla were residents of Hampton, Georgia where Scott was very involved with many groups and organizations. Well known in the local motorcycle community, Scott served as chaplain of his local ABATE chapter. An internationally syndicated radio host and originator of The Full Armor of God Broadcast, Scott was well-known as Kuba The Demon Slayer. His second syndicated show was CHROME and aired only in North America. He was a graduate of DeVry University. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to TEEN CHALLENGE USA, 5250 N Towne Center Dr., Ozark, Missouri 6572; teenchallengeusa.com , one of Scott's favorite organizations. Memorial Mass celebrating Scott's life will be held on January 9, 2016 at Church of the Resurrection, 32001 Cannon Rd, Solon, OH 44139 at 1PM. Please gather at 12:30 PM in the Gathering Place at the church prior to the Mass.
