Salvatore "Bill" Zingale's Obituary
Salvatore (Bill) Zingale, age 85, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Ames Family Hospice House. For the last seven years He was lovingly cared for by the staff at Joshua Tree Care Center in North Olmsted, OH.
Bill was born March 5, 1941, the son of Frank C. Zingale and Effie Zingale (nee Ciresi). He was preceeded in death by his parents, sister MaryAnn Bankosh, ex-wife Sharon Zingale and life partner of nearly 40 years Richard St. Denis.
Surviving Mr. Zingale are his son Tony Zingale (Teresa), his daughter Dana Zingale, his two grandson's Tyler and Terek and many nieces and nephews.
Bill worked as a Hair Stylist for over 45 years. He worked at Mademoiselle's, later known as Maxelle's, and retired from JC Penney's Hair Salon, both located at/near the former Parmatown Mall. After retiring, Bill and Richard spent time traveling and visiting family. Bill was known by his family and friends to be a hardworking, gregarious and outgoing person.

At a later date, a graveside service will take place at Saint Athanasius
Cemetery in Harrison, Michighan.
