Roslyn Louise Talerico's Obituary
ROSLYN TALERICO, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2022. Loving wife of Vincent Talerico for nearly 70 years; devoted mother of Cassandra Kaplin (Bill), and Ross (Victoria); dear sister of the late Jane Merritt and the late Paul Gretzinger; cherished grandmother of Nicholas and Jacob and great grandmother of Jenna, Alexis, and Marci.
Roslyn graduated from Oberlin College with an art degree and worked as an artist for the federal government and a number of firms. She served as a role model for women as she had a career outside the home when women were not encouraged to, was president of the Cleveland League of Women Voters, and at Tri-C, developed the first Displaced Homemakers program in the country, funded as a pilot program by the Ohio General Assembly and still in place today.

A graveside service will be held on October 7, 2023 at 11 AM at Union Lawn Cemetery, Navarre, OH.
