Rosemarie Eckl (Timko), age 76, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, in the early hours of March 5, 2018. Beloved mother of Marie, JoAnn Brewer (Steve), Lucy Malakar (Nick) and Carol Saavedra. Dear companion and former spouse of Joe Eckl. Loving grandmother of Adrienne, Alex, Steve, Claire, Julia and Nate. Great grandmother of 3. Cherished sister of Eileen O’Hara (Rob). Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 6912 Chestnut Rd., Independence, at 10 a.m. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Mapleshade Cemetery. Family will receive friends in The Vodrazka Funeral Home of Independence, 6505 Brecksville Rd., (Rt. 21, South of Rockside), Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. Per Rose’s wishes, please consider contributions to St. Augustine Hunger Center or Birthright International in lieu of flowers.
