Ron was the brother I never knew I had until over a year ago. We both inquired on Ancestry.com, and I finally met him last summer (2019). It was a joyful blessing.
It was a delight to spend time with he and Charlie, though the time was too short.
I was planning some fun times for him when he traveled south, however, God had other plans. Thank you to the family for including myself and my spouse in the obituary, Ron is the first blood relative I have ever lost. It has been very difficult, but that recognition means the world to us. We hope to be there for the Mass when it takes place.

It was an honor to be neighbors on Rock Haven Dr for over 40 years. Your parents were the best. When we are outside we can still see in our mind’s eye Ron outside with his beautiful dogs or him working his flower borders. Ron was always kind, thoughtful and reliable. As you share, talk, and remember, may you truly find that your dad that you loved so much is still living in your hearts. May God comfort you and sustain you at this most difficult time. Happy memories of Ron include his warm smile and great hugs. He was a kind and gracious man to everyone. Ron loved his daughters, sons-in-law, and adored his grandkids. His caring heart brought so much joy to his family and friends. Papa Ron, our world is sadder without you.
