Robert P. Lesniak's Obituary
Robert P. Lesniak, age 77, formerly of Garfield Heights, Ohio, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 10, 2025, in Henderson, NV.
Born December 7, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, Robert was the beloved son of the late Zygmunt and Lottie (Bujakowski) Lesniak. Loving brother of Donna Kanaley (Michael) and the late James Lesniak. Dear Uncle of Erin Kanaley (husband Ryan) and Ryan Kanaley (wife Katelyn), and a great-uncle to Callen, Lucca, and Rhodes, who will all remember his Polish humor & polka music.
Robert will be remembered for his strong and faithful Catholic devotion, attending Mass, receiving Communion, and participating in Confession faithfully through his final moments. He had a deep love for his Polish heritage — especially its food, music, and rich family history — and delighted in sharing stories that celebrated his roots.
Robert’s passion for cars and computers reflected his lifelong curiosity and enthusiasm for both classic craftsmanship and technology. His humor and generosity enriched the lives of everyone who knew him.
