My father taught me many things I will remember for years to come. Softball in the backyard, learning to mow the lawn and not hitting his trees he just panted. And how him and uncle jimmy took me out snow plowing and knowing what snow drifts really were, lol. Clam bakes at grandma and grandpas and letting us campout in the back yard.
I worked with Bob at S.K. Wellman, probably forty years ago, and was friends with him and his family for some years. Bob was a wonderful friend and liked by everyone. I remember Bob building a new home in Hiram, Ohio, and walked the empty lot with him. Carol and I moved away and lost touch, but always remembered Bob throughout the years. His loss saddens us. Will keep his memory with us always
