Phillip J. Debelak, age 42, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020. Loving father of Damian Debelak. Cherished son of James Debelak (Cheryl White) and Patricia Haviland (Danny). Dear brother of Denise Debelak (Steve Huter). Uncle of Ashley Warman (Jakubecz). Nephew & cousin to many. Family will receive friends at THE VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME OF INDEPENDENCE, 6505 BRECKSVILLE RD., (RT. 21, S. OF ROCKSIDE), FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2020 FROM 5-8 P.M. Funeral Mass Saturday, November 21, 2020 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Brecksville Rd., Independence at 10 a.m. (Face coverings and social distancing guidelines will be observed). Interment Mapleshade Cemetery.
