Paul G. Ptak age 83. Passed away at his home on February 12, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Carol. Loving father of Lynn Mewhinney (Andrew J.), and Michael G. Ptak. Devoted grandfather of Ian Mewhinney and Erica Yates (Patrick). Great-grandfather of Parker Yates. Cherished brother to the late Elinor Hadden. Paul was a 60 year member of the Pipefitters Local 120. Family will receive friends in THE VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME OF INDEPENDENCE, 6505 BRECKSVILLE RD., (RT. 21. S. OF ROCKSIDE), SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2019 FROM 1-4 P.M. Interment Private.
