Patricia J. Smolik (nee Peskar), age 93 of Garfield Heights, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 15, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Daniel. Loving mother of Lynn Merold (Julius), Joan Weisbarth (Jeff) and Lisa Millard (Steve). Cherished grandmother of Rachel, Joshua, Briana, Amber, Alexis and Ben. Adored great grandmother of 11.
Family and friends may gather for visitation on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 5276 E. 105th St., Garfield Hts., from 10 - 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11 a.m. (ALL SERVICES AT CHURCH).
