Pamela Jane Sharkey's Obituary
PAMELA JANE SHARKEY, Age 69 of Independence, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2022. Pamela was born on September 28, 1953 to Henry and Agnes Sharkey in Cleveland, OH. Pamela graduated from Independence High School. She went on to study pharmacy at Ohio Northern University. She held a long and rewarding career as a K-Mart Pharmacist. Pamela cherished her many dogs through the years and was happy to travel with them. Her other passion was reading, she loved a good romance and in her retirement befriended several authors. Pamela was preceded in death by both parents and her beloved sister, Constance B. Sharkey. She is survived by her loving brother James H. Sharkey, her niece and nephews Germaine Butler, Lance Bucholtz and Yvonne Bucholtz. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews as well as great grand nieces and nephews. She leaves behind several dear friends. Services will be held Thursday, October 6 at 11:00 A.M. at Vodrazka Funeral Home, 6505 Brecksville Rd., Independence 44131. Friends received Wednesday, October 5 from 5-8 P.M.
