OSCAR T. COOK, JR., AGE 75, PASSED AWAY ON MONDAY, APRIL 28, 2025. He was predeceased by his father, Oscar Cook and mother, Ola Watts Cate and a brother, Lester Cate. He is survived by his sisters Linda (Lou) Floyd, Pamela (Tommy) Costa, Audrey (Rusty) Lanier, Lisa Guibeau (Dave), along with nieces and nephews. He was passionate about reading and books.

Oscar will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery, 12316 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44106 on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 11:30 AM.
