Nancy J. Magalski's Obituary
Nancy J. Magalski, (nee Strizzi), age 86 of Garfield Heights, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Friday, December 12, 2025. Born October 21, 1939 in Garfield Hts., Nancy was the daughter of the late Albert and Angela Maria Strizzi.
Nancy was the beloved wife of Anthony Magalski, her high school sweetheart, who preceeded her in death in 2013. She was the loving mother of Laurie (Joe) Pikus, Anthony Magalski and Daniel (Kim) Magalski. Grandmother of Victoria (John) Nagel, Joseph, Madison, Brennan (fiancee' Maria), Samuel, Gabrielle, Benjamin, Sean (Evelyn), and Patrick (fiancee' Bella). Great grandmother of Tabitha and Llewyn. Sister of Mary Skuta and the late William (the late Rina) Strizzi, Bridget Basta and Linda O'Brian. Aunt of many.
Nancy and Tony were longtime members of St. Michael Catholic Church in Independence, Ohio. After Tony's passing, Nancy found great joy and companionship during her 13 years at the Jennings Center for Older Adults, where she cherished her time spent there and the friendships that she made.
Family and friends may gather for visitation at St. Therese Catholic Church 5276 E. 105th St., Garfield Hts., on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 10 - 11 am. A Memorial Mass will immediately follow at the church at 11 a.m.
