Mr. Nowacki was my 6th grade teacher at Orchard School back in the 60's. He may have been just out of college. The best teacher ever! I visited his classroom when I became a teacher in 1978 and he could hardly believe the years had flown by at that time! And now, I've been in education for 47 years, twelve of those in 6th grade. :) I found this today because I decided to try to find my 6th grade teacher once again. Mr. Nowacki was my 6th grade teacher at Brooklawn Elementary School in 80/81. He was arguably my best and favorite teacher. A no nonsense guy, but fair & understanding.
Just last week, I pushed my now wheelchair bound 95 yr old mom, who was PTA president in those years, to visit a 104 yr old lady who lives across from the school and I could not help but think of those days and Mr. Nowacki.
Our condolences and prayers go out to Mr. Nowacki's wife Jackie, daughter Kimberly & son Mark.

As the security guard at St. Michael’s preschool, Officer Myron had a brief yet meaningful presence in our lives and left an indelible mark on our hearts. With his warm smile and playful spirit he helped them in and out of the car each day, always taking the time to engage in cheerful conversations that brought joy to our day.
Even after a decade, his impact remains vivid in our memories. We ran into him at a school band concert, where we were delighted to see him again. His legacy of kindness and genuine caring for the families at the school serves as a reminder of the significant impact one person can have, no matter how brief their time in our lives. Officer Myron created a lasting impression that our family will always cherish.
