Mary Ann Sibits' Obituary
Mary Ann Sibits, age 98, was called home to the Lord on July 13, 2025, where she was joyfully reunited with her beloved husband, Eugene (“Sib”). She was a loving and devoted mother to Charmagne Cimaglia (Michael/Chad), the late Kathleen Harrison (Ralph), and Gary (Tina).
Mary was a loving grandmother to Melissa Dickey, Ricky Oley (Lauren), Gina Gaffney (Ryan), Mikey Cimaglia (Kristin), Anthony, and Grace. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Lila and Dylan Dickey, Scarlett Oley, Harper and Declan Gaffney, and Michael and Luca Cimaglia. Born to Vincent and Anna Corridoni (both deceased), Mary lived a full life surrounded by family and love. She was a dear aunt, great-aunt, great-great-aunt, and cousin to many.
Mary will be remembered for her deep love of family, her joy in spending time with friends, and her favorite pastimes—watching sports on TV, playing bingo, and enjoying LCR games. Her warmth, humor, and generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 4750 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125.
Family and friends are welcome to gather for visitation on Friday, July 18, from 4–8 PM at Vodrazka Golubski Deliberato Funeral Care, 6505 Brecksville Road, Independence, OH 44131. Morning prayers at the funeral home on Saturday, July 19th at 9:15 am followerd by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 4750 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125, Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 4720 E. 71st Street, Cuyahoga Heights.
