Stuplinski, Laverne Ann (nee Glowick), age 87, was called to heaven on May 29, 2015. Preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Anna (nee Milton) Glowick. Devoted wife for 65 years of Bernard John Stuplinski, Esq. (deceased). Beloved nurturing mother to Thomas Alan Stuplinski, who, for over ten (10) years, selflessly sacrificed many things in his life to focus on the care and well being of both of his parents, and Linda Ann Stuplinski Grosse (Jeffrey Anthony). Caring grandmother to Lindsey Anne and Hannah Rose Grosse. Special Aunt to Sandra Lee Malik (Robert) and David J. Kapla, deceased (Sharon) and Harry E. Stuplinski, Jr. (Ethel). Great Aunt to Erin M. Kapla and Staci B. Marquez (Alfonso), Susan Stuplinski and Leigh-Ann Slaughter. Best friend to Martha T. Kapla (deceased) and Robert and Mary Jane Lucak. Special friend to Dr. Daniel and Darlene Meges and Kathy and Richard Demming. Mrs. Stuplinski was a graduate of Holy Name High School, worked to help her husband through law school and spent the rest of her life devoted to her family. Mrs. Stuplinski was dignified, gracious and a friend to everyone she met. She was a devout Catholic whose faith guided her everyday and finally home to the Lord. A very special thank you to Douglas Kohler, M.D. who Mrs. Stuplinski entrusted her care since he began practicing medicine almost twenty years ago, the staff at Marymount Hospital on 4 East and the staff at Villa St. Joseph who, along with their professional expertise, showed the utmost respect and compassion in her care and the spiritual consolation of Father "Dennis", Father Uhler and Father Ted Haag. The family suggests contributions be made in Mrs. Stuplinski's memory to the Village at Marymount, 5200 Marymount Village Drive, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125.Calling hours will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 4-7 p.m. at Golubski Funeral Home, 5986 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio 44129. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Albert the Great Church, North Royalton, Ohio. Family to gather at funeral home at 10:15 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery immediately following the mass.
