I remember Joe always called me "Cinderella" when I was a liitle girl. He made me feel special because no one called me by that name. After I left Garfield Hts., I saw him riding his bike throughout the city no matter where I went. I have lots of memories of him. My condolences to all of you. I hope my Dad met him on the other side.
