John M. Jacob Jr., age 77, passed away on December 23, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Jacob (née Takach). Loving father of Jason, Jeremy Sr. (Heather), and Brandon (Michelle). Cherished grandfather of Cameron, Madison, Genevieve, Jeremy Jr., Violet, Savannah, Ruby, and Cash.
Dear brother of Leo Jacob (Katrina) and Nancy Shuster (the late Carl), and brother-in-law of Cindy Walker (Bob). He was preceded in death by his sister, the late Marilyn Kaminski. John was a devoted uncle and great-uncle to many.
John will be remembered for his dedication to his family and the many lives he touched throughout the years.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, December 28, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Vodrazka Golubski Deliberato Funeral Care, 6505 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 9:30 AM at St. Monica's Church, 13623 Rockside Road, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.)
Interment will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, 4720 E. 71st Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44125.
