Helene is a dear and loving friend. She and I share the same birth date in May. One of my fondest memories of her is having a "birthday " luncheon together. This year that didn't happen until October partly because of her wonderful trip to Ireland. After lunch she gave me some health magazines so I would learn about her latest discovery on wellness. She said we should take good care of ourselves. I love her and I will miss Helene and her love of life.
