Giuseppe Lepore's Obituary
Giuseppe Lepore, age 88 of Garfield Heights, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, Sunday, June 7, 2026. Born August 2, 1937 in Italy, he was the son of the late Donato and Rocchina (DelPriore) Lepore. Beloved husband of 64 years to Ruth (Ruscito) Lepore. Loving father of Josephine Lepore and Donato (Rosalie) Lepore. Cherished Papa of Mary and Lucy Lepore. Dear brother of the late Pasqual, Dr. Antonio, Giavanina, Rocchina and Michele, all of Italy. Brother-in-law of Mike (Donna) Ruscito of the United States, Uncle of Michelle (Jared) Sullivan and Matthew (Kim) Ruscito of the United States, and many nieces and nephews in Italy.
Giuseppe was a proud road crew employee of ODOT, from where he retired. In his free time he enjoyed manicuring his lawn and gardening, but his biggest joy was spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters.
Family and friends may gather for visitation on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Vodrazka Golubski Deliberato Funeral Care, 6505 Brecksville Rd., Independence, from 5 - 8 p.m. Morning prayers at the funeral home, Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. immediately followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Name Catholic Church, 8328 Broadway Ave., Cleveland, at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.
