Had the pleasure of dealing with Gary at Black River for the last 4 years. He was my go-to tech support guy and helped me out of many a jam (printer pun certainly intended).
Dealing with Gary you knew he truly cared, you never felt like a burden, and you always enjoyed how he ended each phone call with an affable, "take care, my friend" even though you had never actually met the man in person.
Just got the news today that Gary had passed, so I guess it's my turn to take Gary's line.
