My Mum Pam Parker (deceased) Auntie Joy’s sister (deceased) & my father Tony Parker told us of the wonderful trips and precious time spent with you and your family. Our hearts go out to you at this very sad trying time. In particular as the one year anniversary of the loss of your dear mother and Grandmother Auntie Joy draws near. I never had the pleasure of meeting Frank but it sounds like he was one incredible man and his legacy will live on through Donna, Sean & Rachel. I didn’t know Frank, but I know Jeff Glebocki who cared for him deeply. And that in itself makes him special. What a beautiful thing to have his ashes scattered in Yellowstone, one of our sacred places. Peace, Tom and Cindy Donley
I worked with Frank when he was the manager of Syncor Corp in Cleveland. His jokes were terrible but always funny. He was a very bright guy and an excellent manager. I lost track of him over the years but am happy for him for fulfilling his dreams. He will be missed.

Aunt Donna, Sean, & Rachel,There are no words to express the sadness the family feels. We grieve with you -- the loss of a remarkable man. Thank you for sharing Uncle Frank with us. We will take countless fond memories and hold on to them dearly. I will always remember Uncle Frank as that bigger than life, funnier than Robin Williams, loving, humble, and goal-driven man he was. He was someone I looked up to, as he knew just the right tools to concurrently find success, take pride in his accomplishments, venture in the unknown, make the most of every situation, and leave any room laughing in tears. Those are things one can only aspire to obtain in their short time here, and he certainly checked off all the boxes with ease. He made people dig deeper and realize they can indeed accomplish anything. I am so grateful to have known him and will miss him endlessly. -Ashley
Donna, Sean, Rachel and family,Frank was a wonderful guy. We have so many great memories from 45 years of knowing him. He was the life of the party, lit up the room when he walked in, and boy did he ever tease me because he said I was so gullible. It was always done in fun and I am going to miss that!!
