FLORENCE SKWARSKI (nee OGINSKI), AGE 90, PASSED AWAY ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 2024. Cherished wife of the late Daniel Skwarski for 53 years; dear mother of Michael (Patricia); beloved daughter of the late Stanley and Helen Oginski; sister of the late Evelyn Strick (Steve); loving step grandmother of Paulina Peña (Jake Brewer), Luis Peña , and Natalia Peña.
Florence loved hosting parties and really was the “hostess with the mostess.” She enjoyed quilting, needlepoint, picture puzzles, and gambling. But most of all, family was everything to her.
FRIENDS MAY CALL AT ST. MICHAEL CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6912 CHESTNUT RD., INDEPENDENCE, ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20 FROM 9:30 AM – 11:00. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 at the church.
