Dennis Borecek's Obituary
Dennis L Borecek was born to Laddie and Julia Borecek on November 9th, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio. He returned to his heavenly home on the night of December 15th, 2022.
Dennis had many passions in life including his faith, love for music, teaching, fishing, tinkering and of course his '67 Grand Prix convertible. He was a kind, gentle, and caring man always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. But ultimately, nothing could surpass his love for his family. Dennis would regularly reminisce about his first date with his wife and soul mate of 47 years, Lou Ann, or in his words, "Louie." They continued their journey together and raised two daughters that he adored and cherished.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Lou Ann (Horvath) Borecek, whom he married on June 21st, 1975; his children Stacey Raso (Nick), and Jennifer Eck (Christopher); grandchildren Sydney, Lexi, Weston, and Siena; brothers-in-law Mark (Mary) and Gary Horvath; sister-in-law Valerie Horvath; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Carol (Tom) Newman, and brother-in-law Charles Horvath.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
