Hi Mom,Today, has been 3 years since you passed away. I replay that afternoon in my head all the time. If only I got there sooner, maybe there would have been a different outcome. I wish you were still here with us. You and Dad have missed so much.I miss you more than you will ever know. I love you and believe one day we will see each other again in Heaven.
Mom,I can't believe it has been one year since your passing. I think about you and dad all the time. Our family is no longer complete without you both. Even though you drove us all crazy and were at odds with everyone through the years, I struggle to find the right words to say to you so you fully understand how your death affected me. I accepted that difficult part of you, especially when dad died. You needed us more than ever. I would take you at your most difficult self if it meant I could see you or have you back. I love you more than you ever realized and I miss you terribly.
Hi Mom,Today is 11 months since you have passed away. It seems like yesterday. I keep waiting for your call with your grocery list or have to jump hoops to get you to a doctor appointment. I miss your knowledge and wisdom. I miss your creativity. Mom,Its been 3 days now. I still cannot believe you are gone. I was on my way. I wish I would have gotten to you in time. Would the outcome have been different? We will never know. I wish I could have done more. You drove me crazy. But you and Dad gave me life, and for that I am thankful. I am so grateful for all the things and life lessons you taught and shared with me. Deanna has been my best friend for over 50 years, and I can honestly say her friendship has been a true blessing to me. She was that "one of a kind" person who you knew you would only meet once in your life time. I watched her grow into her own person who was gifted with her own unique traits, but her greatest gift was the love she had for her family. Deanna may not have shown it, but her proudest moments were becoming a wife, mother and eventually a grandmother. So while we shared many good times with Deanna, there were those more difficult times as well, but the one constant was the unwavering love she had for each and every one of you. I will hold my time with Deanna, the good and the bad close to my heart. I know she is in a better place now, without illness and pain, but I still miss her terribly. While I can say so many things about my dearest friend, the only things I truly want to say is she was loved, she will be missed, and I will keep her memory with me always and forever. Jo Ann
