David Theodore Smith's Obituary
David Theodore Smith passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. David is survived by his wife of 61 years, Corinne (nee Misenko), and three children Douglas (Denise) Smith, Steven (Carrie) Smith, and Shannon (Kevin) Kinross. He was a loving "Papa" to Jessica (John Allare), Kaili, Kyle (Callista), Ian, Samatha, Emma, and Christian. David worked for U.S. Steel until 1984 and Alcoa Aluminum until his retirement in 2003. David loved to travel, read, watch football and hockey, and spend time with his family. He was a devout Catholic and a member of the Knights of Columbus. David was preceded in death by his parents Ted and Irene Smith, and his siblings Tim, Larry, Karen, Gary, and Robert.

FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME 6505 Brecksville Rd., Independence on Friday, September 16 from 4-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday at 10 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church Garfield Heights.
