David J Oberc's Obituary
DAVID J OBERC, AGE 72, PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY ON FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2024. Cherished son of the late Leo and Irene Oberc; loving brother of Elaine McConville (Dennis), James Oberc (Susan), and Gary Oberc (Abby); uncle of Michael (Jennifer), the late Michelle, David (Denice), Dale (Candy), Steven, and Patricia (John); great uncle of Cassie, Peyton, Brandon, Brittnie, Kari, Cory, Macy, Rylan, Samantha, and Layla.
David was an avid lover of cars and proved to be an excellent mechanic. He was the kind of person who was always available to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. David also loved being out on the open water in a boat. He had a deep love for turtles, including watching them go to sea. He also had a love for dogs that was unmatched.
FRIENDS MAY CALL AT VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME 6505 BRECKSVILLE RD., INDEPENDENCE (1/2 mile south of Rockside Rd), ON FRIDAY, MAY 31, 2024 FROM 5-8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 10 AM at the funeral home. David’s body will be laid to rest at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield.
