I was so sorry to hear about Dave. For a brief time we were in Navy Reserve ACU-2 together. I was out of town and could not participate in the Navy Honors or attend the visitation. He was a nice guy - which in my book says a lot about a person.
Please accept the condolences from the Gedrich Family. Dave and I grew up together on Silver Road in Garfield Hts. but drifted apart after high school when my family moved from the area. Sharon: I was so very sorry to read about Dave's passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. As you know, I met Dave well over 20 years ago, and he was such a wonderful, funny guy. He had the best sense of humor, and the ability to make people feel so comfortable in his presence. I ran into him a few times since I moved to your neighborhood, and he hadn't changed a bit. Same friendly and sweet fella. What a terrible loss for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughters. He told me many times how much he cherished his three girls. Dear Sharon, Staci and Erin, We offer you our condolences in the loss of a dear husband, and loving father. We are never prepared to deal with the passing of our loved ones, but please take comfort in knowing that he felt your care and love every day he shared with you. Sharon, Staci, and Erin, Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of a wonderful father and husband. I worked with Dave at Twinsburg ande we got to be very good friends over the years. We shared many stories about our kids, as Dave had already experienced things I was dealing with, since my two children were younger. He had a way of making me laugh and forget about the bad day I was having. I will miss him terribly, but I know he will always be with us. You are in my prayers. Barb
