Smolik, age 91; beloved husband of Patricia (nee Peskar); loving father of Lynn Merold (Julius), Joan Weisbarth (Jeff) and Lisa Millard (Steve); devoted grandfather of Rachel, Joshua, Briana, Amber, Alexis and Ben; cherished great grandfather of 11; dear brother of Pearl (deceased). FUNERAL SERVICE AND INTERMENT PRIVATE. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Daniel's name to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
