Dale Dziak, age 74; devoted son of Rose (nee Toth) and Albert (both deceased); loving brother of Joanie Werman (Bill), Cheryl Leszczynski (Rich, deceased) and Albert (Mary Pat, deceased); loving uncle and great uncle of many.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 10:00am at St. Monica Church, 13623 Rockside Rd. Garfield Heights (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Calvary Cemetery.
