Clifford McFarland, my dear friend Janet's father; was an inspiration to all her friends. Whenever Janet would have a gathering of friends at her home, her dad spent the dad helping to prepare the food. As soon as he started to come to California to visit Janet, he made fast friends in the neighborhood. He was the kind of person who drew people to him. It was always a pleasure to be around him. He will be dearly missed.
