Cindy I. Spishak's Obituary
Cindy Spishak Obituary
Cindy Spishak, born in Greensburg, PA. Cindy Spishak lived her life with unapologetic honesty, humor, and a deep love for her family. She resided in Elyria, Ohio, where she was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many.
Cindy was the proud mother of Nick Spishak and his wife, Kristy, and the adoring grandmother of Kennedy and Emerson, who were the light of her life. Her granddaughters brought her endless pride, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Cindy maintained a great relationship with her ex-husband, Ray Spishak, and his wife, Darlene. She deeply valued their friendship and the support they shared over the years.
Cindy is survived by her siblings, Chuck (Olga) Sinnamond of Columbia Station, Diane (John) Kennedy of North Ridgeville, Gary Sinnamond of Tampa, FL, and Bonnie (Dave) Zink of Cleveland. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Sinnamond and Evelyn Verba, her sister Debbie(Tom) Weiland, her partner Bob Robinson, and her beloved dog, Champ (affectionately known as Bubba).
Known for her bluntness, Cindy always told you exactly how she felt-whether you wanted to hear it or not-and that authenticity was part of her charm. She faced life head-on, including a hard-fought battle with cancer, which she approached with strength and determination.
Cindy worked at Southwest General Hospital in housekeeping before retiring. In her free time, she loved visiting family in Florida, trying her luck at the casino, and scratching lottery tickets in search of her next big win. Her honesty and unforgettable personality left a mark on everyone who knew her.
Cindy's family will celebrate her life privately, cherishing her memory and a life lived on her own terms.
In honor of her memory, share a laugh, speak your mind, play a scratch-off, or visit your favorite place-it's what Cindy would have done.
