Carol A. Kovarik, (nee Duccieschi), age 76, passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017. Longtime friend of Barbara Prosek. Loving sister of John (Beverly) Pikus. Daughter of the late Bernie & Henrietta Duccieschi. Carol was the longtime owner of Carol’s Maple Leaf Tavern in Maple Heights. Private services were held.
