I feel very blessed to have known Betty . We spent several holidays and special times together. I will always cherish the memories. RIP Betty you will be missed. My sincere condolences to the Shallcross family.
Mrs. Betty was so very sweet in her own way. But knew exactly what she wanted. I spent only a short time with her but she brought smiles and joy to my heart.
My best memory would be when I cooked dinner for her which was at all dinner but I cooked one of her favorites. She didn’t talk much but that even she smiled and gave me a pat on the back for making it exactly like she liked it. Two eggs over easy toast and sausage
And for dessert chocolate cream pie. She loved chocolate so much. I will never forget her and I know the rest of us won’t. Love you Betty
I'm very sorry for your loss. I met Betty when Scott and my son Chris Assenheimer were in elementary school. Always appreciated her sense of humor.
