I posted this on my Facebook page: "I am so sorry to learn of the death of Alice Bach. This obit captures her feisty spirit nicely. It had been a number of years since I had seen her, but since we both lived in the Cleveland area, we resolved to get together again to catch up. Then the pandemic struck, and it never happened. I'll always regret that. Bless you, dear Alice!"
My sister and I used to go visit our Aunt Alice in Manhattan when we were about 6-7. She had the most beautiful apartment with pink satin cloud pillows hanging from the ceiling and the biggest pretty bed. We used to go shopping for dollhouse furniture, eat sweets we weren’t supposed to and watch HBO. This was back in the 70s. We always had a great time and she was always an amazing hostess. I will truly miss her. â ¤ï¸Â
