Adeline Majeski's Obituary
Adeline (Koby) Majeski, age 93 of Independence, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022. Adeline was born in McMechen, West Virginia to Anthony and Sophia Koby. She was the older sister of Virginia (James) Stauffer. She met her husband, “Eddie” at Moundsville High School. Adeline and Ed went on to have three children, Edward (Denise) Majeski, Cheryl (James) Brant, and Michelle (Donald) Lieberman. She cherished her nine grandchildren, Christopher Majeski, Bethany (Michael Malafa) Majeski, Aaron (Kim) Brant, Jordan Brant, Michael (Nicole) Troina, Nicole (Pantelis) Agalianos, Salvatore Troina, Dinah Lieberman and Leah Lieberman. She was great-grandmother of seven; Oakes, Marlys, Joshua, Matthew, Noah, Benjamin and Delilah. Adeline loved garage sales, costume jewelry, flower gardening, baking, chocolate and being with her family. She was definitely a “social butterfly”. We will remember Adeline for her love of polka and accordion music. She got her daily dose of polka’s by asking Alexa, to “play a polka”! Adeline was lovingly referred to as “Hot Girl” by the staff at Vista Springs for the jewelry and clothing she wore. While she played Bingo at Vista Springs, she only did so to win Hershey chocolate bars! She was a friend to many and a “social butterfly”. Family will receive friends in the VODRAZKA FUNERAL HOME OF INDEPENDENCE, 6505 BRECKSVILLE RD., (RT 21, S. OF ROCKSIDE), SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2022 FROM 2-4 PM, FOLLOWED BY A MEMORIAL SERVICE AT 4 PM. Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44119.
